Users retain ownership of uploaded data and generated reports. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations governing veterinary medical records in their jurisdiction.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

EQPACS is provided "as is." The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Clinical Decisions

EQPACS is an operational imaging platform. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian and qualified clinical staff involved in the case.
